An 1897 American Sterling chamberstick. The chamberstick is round and has a Christmas Wreath pattern on its rim as well as the finger holder. The base of the chamberstick, the finger holder and the removable bobeche, all have circular lines which result in reflective surfaces throughout the chamberstick. The chamberstick has the Gorham hallmarks for 1897 sterling silver. It is 8 cm across, 5.6 cm tall and weighs 48 grams.
