An 1896 English copper chamberstick. The chamberstick is of round shape with a crimped rim and brass wire handle. It has three half ball feet. The chamberstick, which has a mark and number 282456 is identical to the chamberstick appearing at the official Joseph Sankey site with the same design registration number for 1896 (see http://www.englishmetalware.com/JSS.htm ). The chamberstick has a diameter of 14 cm (without the handle) and is 3 cm tall. It weighs 230 grams
