A 19th century silver French chamberstick. The chamberstick has a round plain rising base with a guiloche patern on the candle holder. It has an interesting coat of arms with a crown above a boar head. The chamberstick is marked with the makers mark of André AUCOC, who worked from 1887-1911. His mark as well as his name are on the bottom of the chamberstick. The chamberstick was turned into a lamp, its width is about 10 cm with the handle, its height is 7 cm and it weighs 175 grams.
