3 Italian 19th Century Silver Chamberstick

An early 19th century Italian silver chamberstick. The chamberstick has a footed and pierced bowl which supports a candle nozzle and is attached to a long curved handle. The bowl with the support of the handle is standing tilted. The chamberstick has tweezers which are attached to the underside of the handle and is typical of Italian and Spanish chambersticks (see chamberstick #152 which is very similar) of the 18th and 19th century. The chamberstick is marked but the marks are illegible. The diameter of the bowl is 8.8cm the hight is 5 cm, and the total length is 27.5 cm. It weighs 160 grams
