An 1830 sterling English chamberstick. The William IV chamberstick has a fluted design throughout the the circular base, the candle holder stem, the removable sconce and the snuffer. It is fully marked for London 1830 on the chamberstick, sconce and snuffer with the the makers mark CF being one of the marks used by Charles Thomas Fox from 1826-1840. The circular base of the chamberstick has a diameter of 9 cm, and its height is 5.5 cm. The chamberstick weighs 90 grams.
