An 1818 English sterling chamberstick. This is a solid plain Georgian sterling silver chamberstick with a fixed bobeche and with its original snuffer. It is fully hallmarked on both pieces. The chamberstick has the makers mark of Rebecca Emes & Edward Bernard in London in 1818. There is an engraved image on the tray, snuffer and wax drip tray. The chamberstick is 10.3 cm diameter, 4.5 cm height and it weighs 170 grams.
