A 19th century bronze Belgian chamberstick. The chamberstick is of an unusual design. Its round tray is disk like with a branch and leaves design on the edge of the disk. On top of the disk is another raised curved disk which holds the candle holder. The raised tray has an embossed bust of Appolo and is connected by a bronze twisted rope to a statue of a Greek figure which constitutes the handle. The chamberstick has a plain removable bobeche. It has a 13 cm diameter and extends an additional 5 cm. It is 6.7 cm high and weighs 590 grams
