A 19th century German cast bronze Chamberstick. This unique Chamberstick is continental in nature but its style and the unique dragon shape of the chamberstick leads us to believe it is German in origin. Its base is an octagonal one with spread wings, each wing consisting of 4 sections of the Octagon. The dragon’s feet are folded, its body and tail are scaled and its mouth opens to hold the removable candle holder. Its folded tail makes up the finger holder. It is 13 cm wide, 9.5 cm tall and weighs 570 grams
